Where we hire from

Three regions. One honest comparison.

Every offshore company shows you a globe and three lines of adjectives. Here is the part they leave out: what each region's clock actually gives you, what it is genuinely better at, and what it costs you to get the hours you need.

We recruit across Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa. These three are where we place most often.

The part nobody publishes

Set your hours. See what each region's day covers.

A nine to five in your time zone, against the region's own working day. The overlap is what you get without anyone changing their schedule.

Your team works 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Philippines
No natural overlapYour day starts at 10:00 PM in Manila
Latin America
8 of 8 hoursYour day starts at 9:00 AM in Bogota
South Africa
2 of 8 hoursYour day starts at 4:00 PM in Cape Town

Offsets are standard time and none of these markets observe daylight saving. Where the overlap is small, hires work your schedule instead of their own, which is the arrangement most of our placements run on. The comparison below says what that costs.

The regions

What each one is actually better at.

Not every region is right for every role. This is the honest version of who we send where, and why.

The Philippines

The deepest bench for support, admin and back-office work, with English good enough to put in front of your customers.

  • English that holds up on the phone
  • A twenty-year offshoring industry
  • Night shift is normal, not a concession
Hire from Philippines

Latin America

Full working-day overlap with the US, and the strongest bench for sales, marketing and engineering.

  • The same working day, not a shifted one
  • Bilingual by default
  • Sales and engineering depth
Hire from Latin America

South Africa

Native-level English and a strong finance and customer-experience bench, with a working day that covers your morning.

  • A neutral accent for voice work
  • Finance and analysis depth
  • Covers your morning without a night shift

The same five questions, answered for all three.

We could not find a single competitor page that puts these next to each other, so here they are.

Questions

Choosing a region.

Yes, and it is the norm rather than the exception. US-hours work is an established career path here with its own pay premium, which is why retention on a night schedule holds up better than people expect.

Colombia, Mexico and Brazil are where we place most often, and we recruit across the region when a role calls for it. We match the country to your time zone and the skill you need rather than defaulting to one market.

Cape Town is seven hours ahead of Eastern time, so a local working day already covers your morning. Teams who need the full US day have their hire finish later locally, which is a shifted finish rather than a reversed day.

Yes, and larger teams usually do: sales in Latin America for the overlap, support in the Philippines for the depth, finance in South Africa. One contract and one invoice covers all of it.

You decide, we advise. On the discovery call we will tell you which region fits the role, the hours and the budget you have described, including when the region you had in mind is the wrong one.

It moves it within the band. Time-zone overlap is one of the four things that sets the rate, alongside seniority, how specialised the tools are, and the hours.
