A senior specialist costs more than someone two years in, and is worth it on work where judgement matters more than throughput.
2. How specialised the stack is
A generalist on common tools sits at the floor. Someone who has run NetSuite, Salesforce or a production codebase sits above it.
3. Region and time zone
We hire from Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa. Full overlap with a US time zone costs more than partial overlap, and we will say which you need.
4. Hours you need
